In the past two weeks in Needham, MA the number of properties sold* outpaced the number of new listings – 9 single family homes came on the market and 15 sold*.  The spring market is starting early this year– the mild winter being the catalyst. Given the large number of solds*,  our inventory has decreased to 91 properties, but we know this number will increase as we enter into the spring months. The sales activity is happening at a variety of price points, which generally indicates a healthy market.  In fact,  6 properties priced between $1M – $1.5M sold* in the past two weeks. Let’s hope this positive activity continues…..
