Pinnacle Report for Weston MA Real Estate 1/7/2013 – 1/20/2013
In the last two weeks in Weston, MA real estate, three single family homes came on the market and four sold*. Interestingly, when we compare this real estate activity to what it was at the same time last year, the differences are striking. Last year, Weston MA had 12 new listings and one sold property. Our inventory (41) is sill quite low. In fact, it’s down a dramatic 43% from this time last year. Let’s hope our inventory begins to build soon so we can get this Spring market started in Weston MA.
