Part of my job is to keep current with national and local Real Estate news. I have read that Warren Buffet thinks it’s a good time to buy. I agree with the vast majority of Americans who think owning a home has more advantages than renting. I know lenders are busy right now. At Pinnacle Residential Properties, in Wellesley, MA keeping current with local sales statistics is also part of my job.
HOWEVER, as your Realtor, an equally important piece of my job is to listen to YOU! WHY you are thinking of selling? HOW long have you lived at your current address? WHAT are some of your favorites things about your home? DO you know where you are moving or is that a piece of your puzzle? WHAT is your time frame? WHAT worries you the most? Budget constraints? I am sure you have more constraints than Warren Buffet!
Because I want to know how to BEST help YOU, I will keep everything in mind when I advise you and market your property.
